Diploma In Cabin Crew Member course is a six to one year diploma program that focuses on training students in regard to management of customers in the airline, tourism and hospitality industry. Basically, this course teach standard safety procedures, emergency procedures, interpersonal skills, CPR and first aid, safety check practices and basic responsibilities, such as serving drinks and in-flight meals.
